I recently visited 1000FiX for servicing my Gigabyte monitor, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, I noticed how well-organized and professional their service process was. Everything was handled systematically, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. I would especially like to appreciate the Head of Sales for his outstanding behavior and professionalism. He was very friendly, sincere, and genuinely interested in helping customers. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made a great impression on me. The team kept me informed about the service process and treated me with respect and care. It is not often that you find a service center where both technical support and customer service are maintained at such a high standard. Overall, my experience with 1000FiX was excellent. Their organized workflow, professional staff, and customer-focused approach gave me confidence in their service. ⭐⭐⭐✨ 3.5 out of 5 – Decent service but there’s room for improvement I visited 1000 Fix Service Center to repair my device. Overall, the experience was okay—not perfect, but not terrible either. What I liked: • The staff was polite and tried to help. • They explained the issue clearly. • The repair was done within the promised time. • The device is working fine after the fix. What could be better: • The waiting time was longer than expected before they even started checking my device. • The price felt slightly higher compared to a few other shops. • Communication could be more professional—sometimes I had to follow up to get an update. Final thoughts: It’s a reliable place and they do know what they’re doing, but the service could be smoother and a bit more customer-friendly. If they improve the waiting time and pricing clarity, they could easily become one of the best.

Installing just a 256GB SSD in my laptop took more than one month. They did not provide any updates or proper information during this time. It is the worst service center I have ever experienced. Their prices are very high, and their communication is extremely poor. I have never seen such a low-quality service center before. 1000 Fix is one of the most dishonest service centers in Dhaka — I experienced this myself. Every time I tried to contact them for an update, they kept saying their system was under upgrade. I suffered a lot because of their poor service. They charged 6,900 Taka just to install a 256GB SSD, and the service quality was very poor. I strongly suggest that no one should give their laptop to 1000 Fix. As a common customer, I had a very bad experience with them.

1000Fix Services provides exclusive service of PCs with genuine parts from the vendors. I went there with my laptop and their service was very satisfactory. It was friendly and fast service. They fixed my problem with zero cost as I had my warranty. I am pleasantly surprised by the speed and professionalism of their service. It is 100% recommended. Their services are very satisfactory. They never disappoint their customers. Although they want two-three days for a small task. 😅 Because there are many people who need the computer very much in their daily life. In that case, it would be great if they had an emergency service opportunity. If it overcharged the speakers it was not a problem. I hope the authorities will consider these matters subject to discussion. Besides, their service is very satisfactory. I have taken service from them as much as I can. Alhamdulillah they have given very good service.
