Cool & Calm office tower in Busy area like Tejgaon IA. I was there for a friendship party host by ACI Motors - Yamaha. Their Conference or Hall Room is quite big and large, Normally no one keep that much space in building now a days but they kept. And there is some walking lawn in front of that hall to see the front view of Dhaka city. Even they kept lots of empty space in front of building. Overall I liked it.
