Air astra. Management is very rude, i hate air astra management. I came to Bangladesh from Spain on 20th of last November. My domestic ticket was 7.40pm. My booking number is PNR-00IH2H- Tickets 6102416135554 - Due to my international flight being delayed, I came 20 minutes before the flight departure at 7.20pm. After many requests, they told me that the last flight of Sylhet. An employee said if sir allows, I will bring you to the plane with your beg. Unfortunately, after that, sir said that we will not be able to finish the time. Very rude Manager? Luckily, if they did not have any planes on international routes, it would have made the country's name worse.

The service quality of all airlines in Bangladesh is poor. However, in some situations, being sensible and humane is essential. A flight being delayed by one hour may be acceptable, but after such a delay, making passengers wait another 30 minutes inside the bus on the way to boarding aircraft is distressing. This reflects extremely poor management and a lack of concern. Air Astra, NOT ACCEPTABLE

No 1. Domestic Airlines in Bangladesh . They provided us extra care as we had accident in cox. My partner leg was broken. I was overwhelmed by their service.

I traveled to Cox's Bazar and returned to Dhaka with Air Astra. Their service was good. Since it was a domestic flight, the trip was 50 minutes to an hour. The trip fuel (snacks)was disappointing.

The primary objective of Air Astra is to function as a scheduled airline, catering to both passengers and cargo. Their vision is to significantly enhance connectivity for the people of Bangladesh within the country and across the globe.
To ensure the utmost safety and punctuality, Air Astra has chosen to employ a fleet of four ATR72-600 aircraft in 2022. These aircraft are considered to be the most advanced, efficient, and environmentally friendly turboprop planes currently in production. However, Air Astra's plans don't end there. By 2023, they aim to expand their ATR72-600 fleet to a total of ten aircraft.
