Very poor service ; payment done but not get connection in 4 days running even no one contact. Today when i call they said it need more than 7 days 😅

Very poor service. No i internet connection for three days. Last month there was not internet for 2 days. I have complained but they have not resolved. Decided to change it and will not use again. Really pissed off.

Often ONU device LOS light signal blinking RED. I am fed-up calling their customer care number to fix internet connection issue. See photo of their ONU status. I am going to switch to other isp from jan 2023.

Using their service for about 6 months. Absolutely horrendous service. Feels like I am using 2009-2010 era of 10-15KBps internet. Stream buffers, YouTube buffers, so does my sanity. There is probably a good reason why you can't find their Mymensingh office on Google Maps. Edit: Have switched to another ISP 6 months ago.
