Absolutely terrible service. I paid for an internet connection to be installed in my house on 31.05.26. Their automated process took the money straight away and asked for my documents. Then over 5 days went buy and the connection never came. Upon speaking with them they keep on insisting that the connection will be given on a specific date, but at the end of the day they change the date to the next day. This process repeated several times. They did show up eventually and the connection was established. the first impression is that the connection is blazing fast and reliable. Hope they can keep up

I applied for a new connection. , they messaged me saying that my location was within their coverage area and asked me to complete the payment. After I completed the payment, they asked me to upload my NID and photo. I did so, and they confirmed that they would connect my internet service within three days. . After I already dropped my previous ISP, they came to install the lane and said they had no coverage, how unprofessional they were. Then they said they would return the money in two days. In those two days, it has been 1 month today and there is no news about the return. When I called them, they said it was our account department. Then today they said they returned your money. No money came on the 2nd. They said they returned the money on the 2nd. What should I say, they are starting to cheat. How disappointing and unprofessional they are!

I Requested for a new connection they said to sign up and complete payment that I did. After that they ask to uphold a an NID and photo I also provided. But they delayed to set-up the connection and didn't tell me about NID and Photo before payment. Now I ask to downgrade my package and they ask 1000 BDT for downgrade charge or buy a Anu Device! It's my bad experience about their service. I'll disconnect the connection soon.

Honestly speaking very average ISP. Support stuffs are very bad at core networking knowledge. They can’t even fix simple issues.
