Very nice and courteous agent. But cost me 50k plus on cancellation that was suspended by Bangladesh - India airlines. I paid them the entire amount now they are telling me refund will take 4-6 weeks. And one of them is non refundable, cancellation charge etc.

Good location, excellent travel solution 24 hour service. One of my best experience on purchasing international air ticket and AMY has done my visa work very efficiently in this pick season. 😀. Now a days it is tuff to find such friendly and trust worthy travel agency.

As far as I know, Amy is the first online travel agent in Bangladesh. I am taking their service since 2016. I am very pleased with their support team. Recently they have launched their new Android and IOS app. I am already using their Android app from last one month. It is very much user friendly and fast. Thanks Amy for making air ticketing so easy.
