A volunteer based blood donation centre. Although it is in university area, it looks like private services. A well decorated and comfortable place where blood donors can donate blood with comfort and easily.

BADHAN: Empowering Humanity through Voluntary Blood Donation
In 1997, a remarkable initiative took root within the hallowed halls of Dhaka University, giving rise to BADHAN, an organization driven by the vision of transforming voluntary fresh blood donation into a dynamic social movement.
BADHAN stands as an embodiment of inclusivity, transcending the boundaries of politics, religion, region, race, and sectarianism. It is a secular and entirely voluntary social organization, united by a shared mission.
At its core, BADHAN is a catalyst for social change, striving to cultivate a healthier society. Central to its mission is the cultivation of a culture of voluntary blood donation, alongside a suite of complementary services and enlightening awareness programs.
A pivotal focus of BADHAN is the motivation of students and the younger generation of Bangladesh to engage in the noble act of voluntary blood donation. This endeavor goes beyond altruism, extending to free blood group testing and active involvement in donating blood voluntarily to aid patients in need. The organization passionately champions the cause of voluntary blood donation, encouraging people from all walks of life to participate in service and awareness initiatives.
Additionally, BADHAN extends its compassionate reach to mitigate the effects of natural disasters and other humanitarian crises through relief and rehabilitation programs.
With a commitment to education, BADHAN also collaborates with graduate and post-graduate level educational institutions across Bangladesh. It operates as a beacon of hope, illuminating the path towards a brighter, healthier, and more harmonious society.
