I paid this agency 20,000 BDT in March 2025 to apply to universities in the USA. However, they have no knowledge of what documents are required by which universities. Despite taking my money, they have not applied to any paid universities and have wasted 8 months without providing even a single offer letter, nor have they returned my money. When speaking with them, they said they would only charge 300,000 BDT with bank support once a visa is issued, and before that, they would not take any money, just for university applications. They do not provide timely support to students. I had to personally visit their office and even contact universities myself to get any progress.
