Best place right now to stay in that area. As It's a developing area its lacks some necessary things but the weather and the environment of the Bashundhara area is very much fresh and relaxing. No sound of cars rikhshaws and motor bikes no polution. Just feel the wind and relax.

East West Property Development (Pvt) Limited (EWPD) stands as the leading company within the esteemed Bashundhara Group, established in 1987 to address the growing need for housing in Dhaka. Bashundhara Housing serves as the renowned brand for Bashundhara Real Estate endeavors, which have flourished through their comprehensive industrial approach, dedicated to enhancing every aspect of life. Recognizing its tremendous achievements, EWPD was rebranded as Bashundhara Housing, a subsidiary of the Bashundhara Group, and has since gained recognition as a premium housing company in Bangladesh's real estate sector. The company has successfully constructed several integrated townships with residential projects and essential infrastructure, located in close proximity to the capital city, all under the prestigious name of Bashundhara Housing.
The journey of Bashundhara Housing began with its groundbreaking project, "Bashundhara Baridhara Land Project," which revolutionized the real estate sector. This project holds the distinction of being the country's first meticulously planned housing initiative, approved by Rajuk, a member of REHAB and BLDA within the private sector. "Live within the green" epitomizes the project's uniqueness, signifying a tranquil environment surrounded by lush greenery. This slogan represents not merely a statement but a solemn commitment to providing the finest quality of life for its residents. Bashundhara Housing ensures that the individuals residing in their communities have convenient access to all the necessary amenities, offering a secure and hassle-free lifestyle.
In addition to their groundbreaking land projects, Bashundhara Housing has curated a selection of other notable initiatives. The second project, known as the "Savar Project," is currently under construction in the northern suburbs of Savar. The third endeavor, titled the "Riverview Project," spans three thousand acres of land in Hasnabad, Keranigonj, designed to provide well-planned housing facilities primarily for residents of old Dhaka. The fourth project, the "Mouchak Project," is conveniently located near the scouts of Jamboree in Gazipur. The fifth undertaking, the "River View Dokhina Project," finds its place in close proximity to the Riverview Project in South Keranigonj, approximately 4 kilometers from the Dhaka Mawa Highway. Lastly, the "River View Green Town Project" is situated alongside the Dhaka Mawa Highway, adjacent to the Riverview Land Project, and on the other side of the government's Jhillmill Project.
Beyond their land-based initiatives, Bashundhara Housing has also developed satellite projects catering to professional organizations such as the BCS Administration Housing Society, Police Officer's Housing Society, and Judicial Officer's Housing Project. These endeavors are meticulously tailored to meet the specific requirements of each professional body, exemplifying Bashundhara's dedication to serving diverse segments of society.
Looking ahead, Bashundhara Housing has plans for enticing upcoming land projects, including a lucrative development adjacent to Purbachal sector 21, as well as another project located beside the Shitolakha River on the eastern side of Kanchan Bridge. These forthcoming ventures are set to further expand the company's impressive portfolio.
