Horrible experience. The usb port didn't work, lunch tray was broken and they had the audacity to tell me it's my fault. They wouldn't refund the internet BC I couldn't charge my devices. And the sheer hostility of the hostesses is astounding. And the body odor and feet smell was vomit inducing. Pearson airport should check for compliance.

I have experienced very brutal customer service from the flight BG 305 crew members on 30 April 2024. During the luggage check in, I requested the front desk official to check in my carryon bag as I was traveling with a child. They charged me 250 USD for a simple carryon bag check in. I traveled with this same flight from Toronto to Dhaka on 09 April 2024 without a baby where the official checked my carryon without an issue. However, you changed the protocol for DAC to YYZ. I requested them for my baby at the DAC airport, but it appears that in Dhaka there is no compassion, no consideration for person carrying a baby. Then, your airline did not provide any helping hand for customers with child. Without any help, I had to go for boarding after immigration. You have no protocols for senior citizen boarding, parents with child priority boarding. If you look other international flights, you may have learned this etiquette. But you simply ignored it at the DAC airport. I had to pay one of your guys to give a hand for my trolley, since it was quite impossible on my part to go from airport entrance to checking counter. Next, you operated this same flight without cabin air conditioning from DAC to Istanbul, knowing that people were boiling. But you just asked a simple apology. Our children were suffering, they were just naked to survive the hot and humid condition high above the sky. Do you realize the pain and agony of your customers? Or, it is just a tradition to neglect your own people. I already paid a good amount for this flight, then you intentionally charged me with a 250 USD outrageous carryon baggage fee. I strongly believe that you could have considered it. If your security cameras are working, please check them that how much hectic and painful the journey I had encountered with a child. I would never recommend this airline to anyone in the future.
