I found my journey with Biman to be pleasant, yet some concerns need to be resolved. 1) A comprehensive cleaning of the airline is necessary; the filthy spaces are revolting and can evoke feelings of nausea while seated. This situation is quite distressing during flights. I would like to raise the issue regarding the Biman toilets, which are locked by the crew for the exclusive use of crew members and pilots. Passengers are being compelled to use only one toilet. This kind of attitude from the crew is unlikely to be appreciated by passengers throughout the Biman fleet. 3) The Bangladeshi Jogra with crews provided excellent entertainment. However, during their discussions, I observed that the crews are not designated for specific safety checks. Consequently, there is confusion among the crews, leading to mutual blame. As a passenger, what level of safety should I expect? 4The flight had numerous empty seats, yet we were still unable to book them. The issues with Biman remain unresolved. Biman needs to address these problems. The new Managing Director of Biman must rectify these issues promptly. I was fortunate that the family of the current MD of Biman was on the same flight. I hope they can share their experiences from the journey.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has been working to modernize its fleet by acquiring newer aircraft, such as Boeing 787 Dreamliners, which is expected to improve passenger comfort and fuel efficiency. Economy seats are not spacious but if you choose emergency exit seats these are very nice. Hospitality services are excellent and time management is also fine. But you will not get any on time notifications via SMS or email. Catering services are very good. Luggage handling also fine and sharp.
