However, the quality of care, affordable treatment options, and trusted medical staff make BIRDEM a preferred choice for many patients from across the country.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Please save your loved one’s life by not taking them there. All they seem to care about is money. We took my mother there during an emergency. They admitted her to the ICU, kept her there for a day, and did nothing to improve her condition. Instead, her situation became worse, and we were eventually told that there was nothing more they could do. We had no choice but to transfer her to another hospital. To make matters worse, when they inserted the life-support tubes, they handled the procedure so roughly that my mother suffered an internal throat injury. They showed zero concern for what the patient was going through. This was the worst healthcare experience our family has ever had.

BIRDEM is getting worse day by day. Not complaining about the treatment, mismanagement is everywhere in administration - with cleaning, with the lifts, with the queue, disgusting!

Diagnostic service are very good.There so many counter available to take sample. Overall it is a good hospital to receive well treatment.

My father has been suffering from diabetes for 37 years and is also dealing with heart-related complications and recurrent fever. During the night shift, the nurse responsible for his care showed a lack of attention and professionalism. She was rude to family members and appeared to be sleeping during duty hours. When my father suddenly developed a high fever, she did not respond appropriately and seemed unaware of how to manage the situation. As a patient with serious medical conditions, my father requires close monitoring and timely medical attention. We are very concerned about his safety and request that this matter be investigated urgently. We kindly ask the hospital management to review the incident and take the necessary steps to ensure proper patient care. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
