My experience with BASIS Institute of Technology & Management (BITM) and their partner US Software Ltd. has been extremely disappointing. BITM sold a 3rd class course in collaboration with a 3rd class training center, and the service quality clearly proves it. After enrolling, the training center kept changing the class starting date 3–4 times over the last 3 months, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for students’ time. Because of this mismanagement I requested a refund, but despite visiting both the BITM office and the US Software office multiple times, I still haven’t received it. Each time they promise a new refund date but never actually process the payment, which reflects a very irresponsible and unprofessional attitude. BITM Responsibility: 0/10 (WORST) US Software Service: 0/10 (WORST)

A very well organised institute. They have well equipped machineries. I was there to attend in a training under SEIP organised by them which was 3 months long. They have well trained trainer and they also are very mannered. They are very student friendly. Really satisfied. Highly recommended.

Its a IT & software based association in Bangladesh. They also successfully deal with Govt. IT training courses like- Professional Digital marketing, Mobile application development, Web development etc. Unemployed people gets find a path after participating in SEIP several training courses.

Best IT Support Institute in our country.Here i completed my android apps development course under SEIP project.In this Institute, every resource person are highly educated and most helpful to get support any kind of problem. I personally recommend that every IT related person should achieve at least one course to complete here. Best wish for all.
