BRAC University is one of the most prestigious universities in Bangladesh. It started its journey in 2001 in a multi-storey building at the intersection of Mohakhali and Gulshan Road. Currently, BRAC University has started its activities in its own campus in Merul Badda. This new campus of BRAC is a huge multi-storey building built in an aesthetic architectural style. The campus is environmentally friendly and cool due to the use of natural surroundings, which is very aesthetically pleasing. The use of water lakes and fountains inside the building keeps the environment cool. Currently, about 20000 students are studying at BRAC University. It offers various subjects including MBA, BBA, CSE, EEE, ENGLISH, ECONOMICS. BRAC University is making great contributions to the field of education in Bangladesh.
