Bullshit service, my internet connection was down for three days, and each time I called their customer support, I was told tomorrow it would be up. Today, being the 4th day, they’re still saying tomorrow my connection will be up.

I have been using their service for 3 years and I can confidently say they are very bad. Delayed customer support. untrained and unprofessional support team. Its been 2 months and they cannot event fix my continuous disconnection issue. Thank god i shifted to a different isp.
