Oldest cable manufacturing company in Bangladesh and quality of the products are good though other companies are also doing good. But the main problem of this company is, they are not favorable to the employees and facilities in every aspects are low in the market. The working environment, behavior, salaries are not up to the mark rather I should say worst. If they want to keep their position in the leading- they should improve all of these. They should keep in mind that, employees are the backbone of the company and they should not be neglected.

BRB Cable Industries Ltd., a private limited company, was founded in 1978 with the goal of manufacturing wires and cables. Following its successful incorporation, the company commenced commercial production in 1980. In 2000, BRB expanded its operations by launching a PVC cable plant capable of producing cables up to 33KV, along with XLPE insulated HT cables, FRLS cables, and aluminum conductors up to 132KV. Additionally, during this period, the company introduced a Super Enameled Copper Wire Plant and Instrumentation Cables. Notably, BRB made history in Bangladesh by introducing the C.C.V (Catenary Continuous Vulcanization) Plant for the first time.
