CAPM (Capital & Asset Portfolio Management) Company Limited embarked on its journey in the capital market realm of Bangladesh as a cutting-edge Asset Management Company (AMC), driven by the mission to provide innovative, efficient, and cost-effective financial solutions to esteemed investors nationwide. CAPM was established as a private limited company under the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) in January 2011, and subsequently obtained its AMC license in September 2011 under the Securities and Exchanges Commission (Mutual Fund) Rules 2001.

As the sole joint venture asset management company in Bangladesh, CAPM is supported by a group of UK NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) and local entrepreneurs. The company was initiated by a distinguished bilateral team of experienced shareholders, with the majority ownership held by Golden Bridge Investments Limited, an investment company based in the UK. CAPM is propelled by a proactive team of highly skilled professionals in investment management services, fund operations, and other advanced financial products.

Our investment expertise is deeply rooted in our commitment to active Asset Management. We hold a Custody License from the Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL), which guarantees the safety of our clients' investments. Additionally, we have obtained a short-code from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) for the convenience of our clients. Moreover, CAPM holds licenses from the Dhaka City Corporation and is a member of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, further solidifying our standing in the industry.
