Totally fraud and very bad quality service and product. They are just making fraud with customer. First I went there for SSD installation and after that installation I havw noticed that my battery suddenly become out of power and battery health suddenly become low. I thought it was due to technical issue but it was replaced without informing me while installation of ssd. I noticed it later. In the meantime, I went for battery change and they installed me an old and used battery. I was very busy and in a hurry for my flight. I didn't checked that info. Later after coming abroad, I have found that its almost 2 years used battery. Just after 20 25 days of installation, I have faced some serious issues like fading 90 % to 0% in just 5 minutes, and not fully charging etc. As I am abroad, I couldn't do nothing. Please try to Avoid this shop. Note: when i went for battery replacement, just after 1 week of ssd installation, I heard them whispering "This laptop is same from last week. Install that other laptop's battery" and smiling. I didn't think that time as I was busy with other shopping. I was busy with others things, that's why i didn't review it. Now I am writing because this battery was about to blast while I am not using it nearly one year. I used that just 3 months and some more days after battery installation. I had to buy a new laptop.

All the products like laptops, netbooks, gaming PC, server PC, router, sound card, graphics card and all others accessories is available here. So many good computer shops there in IDB. Out of those shops computer village is only shop that i can trust. They have very experienced team who will suggest you best product to buy as far your requirements. Specifically they analyzes what product is best for you. Then they will suggest you best. Another important things is price. Price is competitively responsible there. Till today my experience is so good with this amazing shop. Service is little confusing sometimes. I have mixed experience about the service. Sometimes they're extremely good and sometimes they aren't parform minimum. Whatever decision is yours.

I purchased a Cannon EOS 2000D DSLR from there. Their staff were very helpful and smart. Besides camera they sell computers and accessories. Also I guess their offered price was competitive. I need to mention mr shohel vai from IDB brunch for his professionalism with manner. good organisation.

I had a very bad experience there. I took my printer for servicing of power issue of main board & they kept me waiting for 2 hour by saying technician is coming. Then he looked for 1 hr & watched youtube. Then told me motherboard & printer head is damage. I told power often comes and print quality is do good. Then they aked 12-13k for 18k printer. Or sell to them at 2-3k 😡. Then I gone to another printer servicing shop they changed motherboard with a chinese one and took 5.5k. Which was available at 3.5k at daraz. 😣 I never go to IDB again. They are so much corrupted.
