Daffodil International University (Bengali: ড্যাফোডিল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটি) (DIU) is a private research university. It was started on 24 January 2002 with a motto, a landmark to create the future. It is located in Daffodil Smart City, Birulia, Savar, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh. Chairman of the Daffodil international university is Md Sabur khan.The first VC is Aminul Islam and present VC is Prof M Lutfar Rahman. They are offering thirty eight undergraduate and master's programs under six faculties. If you want to build your career and accomplish your goal, you may be admitted there. There is a cafeteria, hall for students, library, auditorium, mosque, playground, seining pool etc. The campus environment is amazing. Every weekend the campus is busy for picnics as there is a picnic corner. It required permission from the authority for a picnic. I have a chance to visit Daffodil International University three or four times. Once for the admission of my niece, another time to accommodate her in the campus. Later, I visited it with her parents to see her. Every time I am amazed about the campus. Lastly, I have a group visit for a picnic there. We were enjoying every moment there. It was amazing. There is a control room to observe the campus by CCTV cameras. The Security system means by trained lady and gents Security guard for twenty four hours regularly.

A perfect place for study. I can't complain about a single thing; everything is so perfect for students, and the campus is so appealing to visit. There are no external noises, and the campus is filled with many natural resources for students to research and study. Two beautiful pieces of architecture stand in front of a football field, where students can play various types of games. The night view of this campus is soothing, making it a pleasure to walk around and feel the calm environment. The campus also has on-campus hall facilities. Anyone staying in the hall can enjoy the greenish campus at night. Update: The summer season can be difficult for some due to its excessive heat, humidity, and sunlight.
