​I stayed here for 10 days. The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff provided the best service with great smiles. Even though I am Japanese and not very good at English, everyone was kind and patient with me, which allowed me to truly relax. In particular, Al-Amin was so helpful, visiting my room almost every day to ask, "Is there anything I can do for you?" Thanks to him, my stay became even more wonderful. Thank you so much to Al-Amin and all the staff.

I got robbed by them. We went to the iftaar buffet (which wasn't that impressive to begin with) and soft drinks weren't included in the already high price so I got a coke zero and wasn't told that it was One THOUSAND taka! So when it came to pay the bill; my flabber was gasted. Never going there again.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I contacted the hotel in advance regarding their brunch promotion and was clearly informed that children aged 5–9 receive a 50% discount. Since my children are 6 and 9, I specifically asked for clarification and was told they qualified. However, when it came time to confirm the booking, I was suddenly informed that my 9-year-old would be charged the full price. The most frustrating part was not the pricing policy but the complete lack of competence in communicating it. I received one answer when making inquiries and a completely different answer when confirming the booking. If staff members do not understand their own promotions, it is unreasonable to expect customers to. Such confusion and poor communication are unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide quality service.

They REALLY need to work on mossie. Been there at 1st floor lounge for an hour and they were every corner. Although there was a person dedicated to us for getting rid of those rascals. Food and coffee was freshly ordered and prepared. Nice private and quiet place for a hangout.

We got there to have iftar. The food was pretty good but i was expecting more. It could be just me. There were more than 50 items but nothing exclusive loke some other starred hotels. Price is a bit high for what we got. You can give it a try.
