Worst experience ever I had in a hospital. Completely unprofessional personel are handling the patient. Full of mismanagement. Compelled to bring the patient back without visiting doctor. Even no one is there to listen us. Date 18.10.2025.

Mismanagement at its finest! The staff responsible for handling patients seem to have mastered the art of rudeness while completely forgetting how to maintain order.

Stay away if you want the correct prescription lens. They could not provide the correct prescription glasses. Moreover, the guy who checks the power manipulated the results when I have challenged Although, they told me they have fixed the power for the 2nd time my progressive power still not working and I had to leave since I stay abroad.

The worst eye hospital i have ever seen. Worst service, all they want is your money. I waited for hour they don’t even take me serious. Everything Overpriced. They irritated you until you won’t buy glasses or medicine from them. Avoid them.
