Flight Expert' is very cordial about their clients On the last 28th, I took a ticket from Syedpur to Dhaka through flight experts. But later there were many complications with the ticket. After buying the infant ticket, I had to pay 4268 rupees again due to various excuses. if you inform about this matter, you have seen it seriously. After last two days finally arranged to refund my ticket money, actually it was possible because of your sincerity. Especially mr Rakib Hossain (operation officer) sincerity will be remembered for a long time. he always made every effort to resolve the matter quickly by establishing communication. Also they tried there best to solve the credit card payment issue ,but your customer care team need to be more updated about why payment was declined and how they can be solved by divided the large amount into small one.
