They told me the price for an air ticket on call and as I went to the office they told me a different price. They told me that the price has gone up by more than 3k. I got out of the office and called another agency and they told me a price that was 5k less for the exact same flight. I took ticket from the other agency. I get it that 5k taka does not matter much when buying an air ticket but its not a good practice to increase the price when showing up at the office. Innocent customers would buy tickets at the higher price in situations like this.
