Great experience at the hotel. Very attentive team. Under Sadeque’s management the hotel is performing very well. Food quality, room cleanliness and overall team service is outstanding. Keep up the good work.

Overall pretty good stay!! Everyone speaks English ( obviously they speak Bengali as well). Sometime front desk seems rush when call for information. Check in/out was pretty smooth. Mr Sohel was very courteous during check out. Breakfast has wide variety and we enjoyed a lot. Nice and clean room with lots of sunlight!! I didn’t get to enjoy all the facilities so I am not sure how useful those are like spa, swimming pool etc…..

Everything is good, except the service at the restaurant and room service. It takes beyond 45 mins to get ur order. Service staff lack training, which the hotel management should seriously look into if they need to retain customers. Food has improved a lot compared to my previous stays, and I am sure the service can also be resolved. The hotel is located at one of the best locations for my business, with elevated road access coming up very close, it should help to bring more customers.

We enjoyed staying here. They offer breakfast with the room which we love also it is convenient. Stuffs are very friendly and respectful. They provided us services with smiles 😃. They are little pricey considering bangladeshi economy!! But If you are visiting from US or Europe then price is not bad.
