Thank you so much for ur such Hospitality. To me it's one of the easiest & coolest residential hotel centre of the town! The stuffs are very cordial and punctual, Rooms are clean & well furnished. About the owner, a pure heart turism entuastic person who helps people without hassitation. From my point of view- About Rooms : well decorated, enough furnished & net & clean. About Service : though the hotel in hundred miles away from the capital still the stuffs are cordial & their service were as per the mark. Location: this is the best part I think ,the hotel situated in the heart of the city...you can go anywhere or any places from this hotel , restaurants are availables & anyone can pick any sort of vehicle just Infront of the gate . I first stayed at Hotel Aranna in February 2021 with friends and was impressed by their service. On my recent trip to Bandarban in September 2025 with my family, I initially planned to spend two nights in the city and then move to a hill-view resort. Unfortunately, none of my preferred resorts had availability. Exhausted upon arrival, I called Hotel Aranna, and they immediately welcomed me to check in. I stayed for three nights, and once again, their service exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Yousuf bhai, who went above and beyond. Late at night, he managed to bring medicine for my baby when most shops were already closed, helped arrange a car to visit most places, and even tried to find a secure hill-view resort for us. The hotel also offers thoughtful touches, such as cutting and serving fresh fruits you bring from outside. Overall, Hotel Aranna stands out as the best budget hotel in Bandarban with exceptional service and hospitality. Highly recommended.

This hostel is very beautiful and room was also nice and good,neat and clean, and it's location also in a shape. There’s no noise,this the a little far from the noise,and this hotel service was really good, you can stay there as how you like,this place is very quite

Outstanding experience! The rooms are very neat and clean. The bathrooms are also spacious. The owner is also very friendly and helped us a lot with information. The decoration is gorgeous. All in all, it's a place where you get value for every penny.
