The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with three beds and a beautiful hill view. It was a well-maintained non-AC room, and at around 4,000 BDT per night in December, it felt worth the price. The hotel’s convenient location made the stay even more pleasant.

Very poor quality of rooms. The washroom is poorly furnished and often times have insects. There was an exhaust fan parallelly on top of the showering spot. 3 of my friends cut their hands dangerously against the blades of the fan while showering. The service is also horrendous. The staff are anything but nice to you (coincidentally this is also the case with a restaurant that is inside the hotel premises) They also double booked us with multiple rooms. The check in time was 12 pm. On 7 pm, we unlocked the room and saw litter and suitcases of another family. Only pro was it is beside the notable bus counters. But this comes at a cost too. Most of the locations are hours away so the journey is extremely tiring. Overall, worst hotel ever.

The service is good, and the staff are very friendly. They allowed us to check in almost 3 hours early. When there is a load-shedding, they immediately provide generator backup, which is very convenient. It’s also very easy to move from here to different tourist spots in Bandarban. However, the main problem is that the room is very dirty, and the bathroom is even worse. Whenever you flush, a bad smell comes out. In the room we stayed in, there were black stains inside the toilet bowl. If the rooms and bathrooms were properly clean, this would have been one of the best budget-friendly hotels.

Price was okay, we stayed on friday and saturday. Our room rent was 1500 for couple room, and 2500 for double bed room. They should concentrate more on cleanliness of their furniture. Otherwise it was an avg experience. Good thing is very near to bandarban bustand.

Good place for limited budget. There room quality is average.
