Review of Hotel Istana Ltd. Reviewed October, 14, 2024 Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to shopping area and local restaurants. we was lucky to be upgraded to a Superior room with window. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back soon. Date of stay: February 202r Trip type: Traveled with friends

Hotel Istana in Uttara offers comfy rooms for extended stays. Friendly staff and clean facilities make it a good choice. Breakfast is included, but could have more options.

Specially the top management or owner doesn't care their customers. In my room, Hot water wasn't coming after switching on the geyser, Air Conditioner Remote wasn't working, they didn't repair both or change the room for a week. This kind of inattentive service is provided to customers. Don't know how they are running the hotel.
