31st May I booked hotel for one day AC room 1800/- booking date 15th April After coming here, the manager said that I didn't book AC room, AC room will cost 2300/-, I took AC room, I entered the room and saw a far away smell, the staff sprayed air in the room, the pillow cover was cracked,,, at night, my girlfriend came to meet me in front of the ground floor gate, then the manager called me and told me not to stay here, there will be problems, the behavior of the manager is very bad, the service of the staff is very good.

We booked an extra large room with two beds. The room was neat and clean. The window view was stunning and you can see the Mirpur stadium clearly. But, the only issue was the ventilation and the toilet. There was no ventilation in the room and no windows. The room had a big window, but you can not open it because it is totally sealed. Secondly, the toilet was so small, i couldn't even move properly inside it.

Not the best. We went in as direct check-in, and room selection could've been better. we were given a room next to a kitchen! the room size was extremely small, accommodating a large king-sized bed. an attached bathroom with no notable features at all. Could've been given a better, suitable room for 2 people.

I made an booking through booking.com they forced me to cancel as well as 36% more than booking.com price. They don't take credit cards also they don't mentioned the exact BDT amount through the booking.com also not in email. I suggest everyone should make sure the exact BDT price amount. They only take cash BDT
