With the official sanction granted by The People's Republic of Bangladesh, I introduce myself as Hafez Abu Saleh Mohammad Redwan. I am the proud offspring of Kazi Mohammad Rais Uddin, and I hold the esteemed position of the Registered Kazi, entrusted with the solemn responsibility of overseeing marriages within the borders of Bangladesh.
In times gone by, my progenitor held a distinguished position as a Quazi, earning recognition from as far back as 1961. His legacy was marked by his leadership as the head of the Muslim Marriage Registrar and as a pivotal member of the National Qazi Shomiti of Bangladesh. Notably, he was hailed as the preeminent Marriage Registrar (Quazi) within the geographical expanse encompassing Mohakhali, Gulshan, and Banani in Dhaka.
Turning back the pages of history, my lineage boasts a Judge within its ranks, who presided from 1948 to 1960. This era witnessed Judges presiding over matrimonial registry affairs, a role of considerable importance during those years.
In the present juncture, I am dedicatedly channeling my expertise and insights toward facilitating the joyous inception of matrimonial journeys for couples. It is my earnest endeavor to contribute to their happiness.
However, it's pertinent to note that, currently, Bangladesh lacks a cohesive entity like the Kazi Office Samitiy. Individuals navigate the intricacies of marriage through personal initiatives rather than under the umbrella of a collective community or Samity. This underscores a need for a centralized framework to guide and support matrimonial processes across the nation.
