Worst place worst management! I took there swimming option and that was the worst swimming pool I have ever seen in my life. The pool was super dirty and there was almost 20 to 25 people at a time swimming on it and the pool is not that big. The pool water was totally blur and bad smelly. The most worst rule is the time is only 1hour which will be start counting at time u enter in the resort now if u don’t get on the pool then u lost time from ur 1 hour. Most like they chrg for stand at there resort area! 2 women entered with us and they couldn’t even get on the pool because of men’s crowd and dirty water. Also they don’t have any washroom for swimming pool accessers. Those who checked in there resort are not can access the washroom of lobby. For other they provide only a changing room no washroom. If need to do 1 or 2 u have get out of the resort and go to a public toilet which is outside.

Beautiful places to enjoy the natural beauty of the resort. We went to the pool for swimming and we enjoyed it very much for the swimming they charged 250 T.K per person for an hour

Kaptai lake is one of the most beautiful places in Bangladesh. If you want to have full of it Lakeshore could be your place. Calm and quite place, not so much luxurious resort but quite good for friends and family time.

Management is very unprofessional. It seems they don't care to serve you if you are a civilian. They don’t even know how to interact with tourists, very rough and rude behave. No help desk or reception was there. They don’t even provide basic minimum things like tea, coffee or water kettle at room. If you have child you can't make bottle milk there. The pool is so tiny. There is no kids ride or nothing, a very small place. After sunset, you have to sit at your room. The complementary breakfast is worst one. Even you have to pay for morning tea. Pls see the picture I attach here So far from locality. No nearby shops. It's better to stay rangamati and come kaptai for a trip.
