Worst AC business and sleeper class service. Never going to ride again this bus run by street people. AC does not work

Quick Check in. In the office and straight to the bus. Though the bus was scheduled to leave at a certain time, the staff informed us the bus will leave 45 minutes earlier. Smooth ride taking the sleeper bus.

Service desk staff was really helpful. Seating arrangement was neat and tidy. Air-conditioning was running fine. The washroom was clean as well. Recommend this bus service more than Green line bus service. Bus itself is also comfortable and relatively newer than competition.

First time traveling by London Express. So far it's good. They reduce ticket prices for Ramzan period, which is the correct Islamic thing to do. I hope they get good reward for this generosity. Bus seats are comfortable I feel it's a bit cramped than others. Ride is quiet. Best of luck. -First ride was very good. Travelling again. I hope they perform better. Still now, bus just started. Driving is quite in the night. 👍

A good service for us to travel many places inside and outside our country... Their behaviour and service was good but their counter is short in size and their washroom was not clean. I think it is not good for both travellers and tourists cz they often use washroom and need a large space.. So, they should improve their todays condition.. Although, They gave us a good service💗
