Unfortunately, the overall hospitality was not up to our expectations considering the price range. We had to call multiple times just to get drinking water, and after waiting around 30 minutes, the staff refused to provide it, citing a shortage of housekeepers. At the restaurant during lunch, we requested extra rice, but the staff seemed unwilling to assist and informed us that it would take a long time, which felt unnecessary. Overall, the service quality was disappointing and did not match the standard we expected for the amount we paid.

Had a great day trip with family. The resort was exactly what we needed to relax and de-stress. Its a budget friendly place. Food was excellent; even the elderly family members enjoyed food a lot. The pool was big and clean and most importantly not very deep. Yes it's a small resort inside a not very impressive area but there was enough greenery to chill. Also they had indoor games like ludo, table tennis, billiard along with a badminton court. Location is very close to Dhaka. Staff was professional and polite and provided good service throughout the day. Only downside is that they gave only 1 small room for 13 people. We had to get another room by paying extra. Would have been better if they at least gave a bigger room. All in all we spent an excellent day at the resort.

I have visited for a day long trip with my package. Everything is almost good. They need more focus on services.

1- The rooms are very conjusted. Not enough lights in the room. There is also no balcony attached to the room. 2- The staffs were giving me misinformation. One guy said, the indoor games is locked on 6PM, he refused to open it. Then another guys from reception said it’s open till 9PM and then managed to open it for us. Clearly miscommunication between the staffs. 3- Location is the worst among all. There are factories, garments everywhere in the area. Even there is a large garments factory just the opposite of the resort. You can hear the factory generator sound from your room. 4- There is a indoor gym facility. They were posting gym pictures on social media. But, when we went for the gym, the staffs said that this gym is personal gym for the owner. What a ridiculous thing!!! 5- We weren’t happy about the service too.
