This is the most ridiculous bus I have ever been on. The bus shakes terribly, the engine is extremely noisy, and the air conditioning is horrible. The whole journey was very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a terrible experience.But i had have great journey with the bus earlier. Rip ashok layland 💔

Poor service!!.. they had me wait for one hour at kuril counter then out of nowhere they told me that bus left!!! And when I said where can I catch the bus they said they won’t stop anywhere.. the nerveee!! And on top of itt the behaviour of staffs were so badd .. they don’t care about their customers at all!! Well congrats u guys …u lost one of ur loyal customer.. As far as I know miami service wasn’t like this now it’s just garbage !!Complete garbage!!

Overall good service. It would be great if they could maintained the smell inside the bus and a little more clean windows. I don’t know if it’s possible to put the horn sound totally outside instead of inside.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Miami Aircon bus counter. The behavior of the person selling tickets was really rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the phone number they provide is unreachable. They don’t pick up calls, which is very frustrating.
