This is the real estate office, so our expectations were limited. Service is good in terms of people's behaviour but for the specific project we injected our cash, and the restrictions the company management applies in terms of renovation is really heart breaking. The sanitary options in a 'more than 1 cror (10 million BDT)' apartment are very poor. That means we have no option but to take some average materials for some amenities and we have rejected some to purchase our own...possibly we have to inject another 2 million BDT for essentials including interior.
