On 9th January 2013, NOVOAIR initiated its commercial operations with the deployment of Embraer 145 jet aircraft. Subsequently, we transitioned to operating ATR 72-500 turboprop aircraft, which currently serve all domestic destinations in the country. Additionally, we proudly offer flights to Kolkata as our sole international destination.

In Bangladesh's aviation landscape, NOVOAIR assumes the role of a trailblazer by introducing modern travel tools such as paperless ticketing. Moreover, we are the first Bangladeshi airline to launch a frequent flyer program called "SMILES," symbolizing our commitment to deliver Smile, Safe, Superb, Satisfactory & Services through "Miles."
