They said to me to give them "a review" and I'll get a cashback 100 taka. I thought they are showing me a gesture of generosity as I purchased over bdt 50k from them and so far a regular customer. After giving them a review on their website, they said that website reviews are not countable. I have to post my review on Google. I thought it was may be a mistake from my end that I didn't listen properly where they said to post it. So then I posted my review on Google and showed it to the representative person of them. He called(or pretended I don't know) someone, talked for 30-40 seconds and then he said that only Facebook's reviews are countable. I realized I just got review-scammed by them. This is not what I expected. I am purchasing from you for more or less 2 years. If you just ask me to give reviews on these platforms, I'd surely give mine willingly. You don't have to scam people to get reviews, just ask your old customers to post their reviews on the available platforms.
