Hotel given to us because Saudia cancelled the flight from Dhaka. This trip was a horrible experience from Airline to hotel to food. I really feel sorry UK families who were literally dumbed there.

Booked at 3 days in advance at Hotel Heaven Inn. They moved us to this hotel last minute without saying anything. Staffs are rude barging in our room at slightest opportunity. Paid 5000tk for a night and got a moldy bathroom door. Avoid both Platinum and Haven Inn hotels at all cost.

It's not good as their pricing system but it is overall good. Single bed,single room 3500 bdt / 1 night (including breakfast) Soap,brush,towels will give from hotel people. Their room was so good.Breakfast included.Several item in breakfast.Mini buffet breakfast 😋 Environment is good. Staff behaviour is also good.

Our first choice was your hotel. However recently We've visited your hotel and the Staff in the front desk was rude. He don't even know how to talk. Charged us more than the regular price. Even we introduced ourself as the oldest customer and tell him about the condition, He didn’t even care also suggest us to go another place. If you are the owner just remember, you have lost your regular customer. I will not go there anymore but I want you to know that the men in the front desk is not suitable. He will destroy the reputation of this hotel since you built it from the first day of this hotel. Thank you
