They started their operation with one of the best situated resorts in the country. But failed to maintain their standard. There are two seasons ( Rainy / Haor Season & Off peak/summer season). Rooms were decorated beautifully but not clean at all and poorly maintained. There were insects and dust all over the place. Scenic beauty is still nice. Foods are decent with high price. There should have been more variety of fish in the menu. Staffs are amusing, well behaved. But their service is poor. Lack of electricity, poor pest control, not good cleaning service, lack of communication service. Their safety is top notch. Pool view is super with decent pool management. However the resort is open for all and not much privacy for in house guests. This can be a great place only if they manage the resort properly.

I had a wonderful experience visiting this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of my visit was enjoyable. The atmosphere is perfect for both relaxation and fun, and it's clear a lot of thought has gone into the design and layout. Everything from the clean facilities to the well-maintained surroundings made my day better.

President resort is nice resort with great view. Although its situated in Howr area its offer a great service with mesmerising view. In rainy Season you have to go with By boat from kisorganj. At Dry season you can go with own car. If you want to enjoy great view and spend some alone time its a Great place to try on.

Worst resort experience in Bangladesh. The room and washroom should be cleaned up before guests check in. No customer service at all. They don't run resort car, they always say the car is charging. The breakfast menu is very poor. They turned off electricity and generator while checking out. Money they charged wasn't worth it. 😞 I am very upset about their customer service

Very very bad, unprofessional service. Foods are good but you have to go to take this service walking 1 kilometre, their 2 shuttle cars are out of service, only one is OK and you have to wait for eternity to get into that. Room service is at the worst. They'll come to give you service after half an hour you call them. Water is filthy with bad, fishy smell. Nasty, slippery unclean bathrooms, tiny little soaps and cheapest possible shampoos and toothpaste packs, all in all absolutely disgusting. Generator service is freaking disgusting. Electricity goes off several times during all night and they won't turn on the Generator until you call them to to so. In the morning the electricity will be cut off again and Generator won't be turned on by the disgusting authority, even they won't receive customers' calls. No security for the women and children at the swimming pool, idiot people possess them all the time and you can't get into the pool if you want to. Most disgusting, unprofessional and unpleasant service you may get if you come here. Also one of the most expensive resorts in the area, service is the poorest.
