I had an issue with Foodpanda. The manager is a really good person. He was kind enough to solve the issue for me. Even though Foodpanda didn't help. I highly appreciate that, and the foods are good too. Fresh and new. The customer service person was also nice and gave a good service. I highly recommend this branch. You can try their Liver Singara, Cheese Cake, Mushroom Patties. Those are good. Customer service: 10/10 Foods: 8/10

This is my first time visiting a Puro outlet. It was a good experience. As I was out of money, I tried their sausage roll or whatever it is called. The bread was top notch and the sausage was you know, like a sausage. I might try their pastry item someday. The shop was clean and good looking along with the friendly staff.

One of the best desert shops in BD. Their baklava is amazing, you'll love every bite of it. Tried their cakes too.. I'm a coffee lover that's why their mocha cake have become one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves deserts.

Not bad,good food over all,also a good coffee shop.Puro Pastry & Bakery opened on 1st April 2017 as a relatively small-scale family run bakery. With 20 employees and many of the products being manually produced & then we commercially launched the brand on May 2019 with one retail outlet at Gulshan area & now we have 15 outlets in Dhaka city . Head OFFICE 304 Tejgaon industrial area.

I like bakery and saoury items from here... Prices quite reasonable and tastes really good.. Their celebrations cakes also tastes yummy and reasonable than other bakery shops..
