Location is just perfect, in the middle of a forrest. Environment, view, surrounding is Picture perfect, natural sound. Rooms are big, well planned but the biggest issue is no regular electricity. They maintain with generator but the Voltage is to low to run fans. So not Ideal for summer time or in a hot day. Summing poll isn’t maintained. Foods are soso. Some stuff are good but some stuff dont know how to behave with guest.

This resort is situated deep inside a reserve forest of the Government of Bangladesh's Ministry of Forest. It is a wonder how such a huge area be owned by some private individuals inside ac forest. Anyways, the resort has a number of multi-storied buildings having a few (three to four) separate rooms per floor. At the first impression, the rooms looked neat and clean but at a closer inspection, a number of shortcomings were noticed. First of all as the authorities claimed, there is no electric supply from the national grid to tje resort. Hence, all the electricity was supplied by generators which made use of air-conditioners not possible. There was an air-cooler which was not in a good condition. The fittings in the bathroom were broken. The basin cabinet had one door broken. The tap had very slow flow of water. The most worrying and disturbing thing was the absence of hot water for shower. There was no geaser. The room was infested with a lot of mosquitos. As a remedy, the authorities supplied mosquito coils. There was a mosquito net but there was no rope for hanging the mosquito net. The cabinet did not have one door ( it was broken). The beds had spring mattresses which were not comfortable. The sliding windows did not have any means of locking them. So also the sliding door attached to the balcony. The balconies were easily accessible from the outside which created big security problem. Even the keys to the doors to the rooms were not working properly. I would give only two star to the rooms. We reached to the place at around 8:30 pm. The authorities wanted to charge us taka 600 for chicken, rice, vegetable and lentils. So, we decided not to dine there. However for the breakfast, they charged us taka 300 for one boiled egg, some vegetables, kichuri of polau rice and salad. Basically the price if the food was too much. For the lunch, the mutton was not tender enough. The authorities were supposed to slaughter the goats in front of us. But the authorities did not keep their primise and got the mutton well before we reached there. This was a clear breach of trust. The chicken was fried too much, so also the rui fish. The Chinese vegetable was also not very good. The sweet curd was not fresh as many of us felt so after tasting. Overall, I would give two star to the food. The environment and ambience of the resort was kind of okay from the outside. They have a nice swimming pool. The place is huge and good for a day-long program. But the resort needs a lot of improvement.

Loaction is great, you'll enjoy the nature. But their rooms and other facilities are too dirty. Can't believe they neglect their premises like this!

A quiet and calm place for day long outing. It is located few kilometres away from bhobanipur bazar. Food was quite tasty. There are badminton court, Table Tennis table, 8 ball table and a semi open field for playing football or cricket. A moderate swimming pool available in the resort but observe lack of maintenance all around the resort. If you want to spend a day in forest like environment then you may choose this one. One major draw back to me is that lack of security vibe. Full resort run on fuel generator as electricity connection not available. Hotel rooms are not clean, WiFi also very poor quality.
