Had a great experience with Royal Coach. Their quality of service is good enough. They also have wheel chair accessibility in the waiting lounge. Which is also Air Conditioned. Pro tip: You can have some snacks from their shop while you wait for the bus.

Assalamialikum, Location: Just opposite komolapur railway station then straight to AGB colony besides motejheet model school. I have to travel dhaka to cumilla almost every month so basically i prefer Royal Coach AC Bus for my journey. There are so many bus services but the seat of the bus is quite big. Ok not every bus is same in their service ..... Listen to me very clear, some bus is noisy and AC maybe broken or stuff behaviour maybe not so good or driver drive very dangerously, It happens. Their waiting room is as always like previous one is nicely decorated and also added a mini cafe. Wish you have a safe journey and service.

Even 5-6 years ago, their service was pretty good. However, recently their customer service has deteriorated significantly. The condition of their buses is dire, and their staff often exhibit rough behavior towards passengers.

Never again I'm taking royal coach again not even for free.. they used to be good.. but when u take a ac bus during hot days and they don't provide ac and top of it they didn't inform me that prior the bus isnt going to kumapur but tongi and dropped me in tt para ..🤨🤨🤨 especially with child it was very difficult ... u lost a good customer.. F .. U royl coach cumilla ..🖕🖕

Royal coach is no longer a customer friendly bus service holder any more on Dhaka-Cumilla Route. Their communication & response with passengers are getting worse day by day. I will not take their bus service in future.
