It was a tough decision to take after seeing all those previous review. And yet we decided to stay here. They took necessary steps and solve all of there issues. Which is appreciated. Recommended. Food restaurant which is beside the resort is no way connected to Heritage resort. I wont blame heritage resort for that food restaurant. Do Not Blame heritage for food.

My New Rating: Service 8/10, Location 10/10, Room 8/10, Price 7/10 Management are trying there best and address the issues. The service, room condition and staff behavior all problem sorted out. Recommended. The food restaurant is not the part of resort. Heritage resort should clear that in a official statement from there social profile. Anyway Do not eat there and blame resort for the food.

The resort management almost rethinks everything. Room are clean, staff's behaviour also improved.
