I have been calling them everyday since the second of may for a home change internet set up (in Bashundhara). It is 6th may right now and no one has come whereas everyday we are told that someone's gonna come. What a bullshit of customer service.

Uptime Is really good. Latency is better than other Isps. An internet speed much stable. Some things need to update like bdix Speed And Cache speed 1 Gigabit.And Need More youtube speed . If Sam Online consider this things Sam online will best for everyone. For Home use Sam Online is the best Choice 👌. I will hope that Sam Online will introduce gigabit bdix speed as soon as possible for their customers.

Worst internet service provider. Took their service for almost 11 months. Last couple of months, most of the time their internet shows no internet even though connected. Worst service. Took 1575 tk package. Fluctuations is a regular thing for them in speed. Only knows how to collect money by calling.
