I visited there office to reschedule my return flight, the staff were helpful and did my transaction quickly, the only topic that surprised me was that even though my ticket was fully flexible there still was a price difference due to economy class difference

✈️ Departure Day — As soon as I boarded the flight, I saw how congested the seats were—there was barely any space to move my legs. Still, I thought to myself, I’m going to Allah’s house… I can tolerate all this. Then the food came—trust me, after flying on more than 16 airlines, I have never seen food of such low quality. But again, due to the excitement of the journey, I ignored it. ✈️ Return Journey — The moment I entered Jeddah Airport, I saw one massive line for all flights! Whether your flight is at 12:30 or 2 PM, everyone has to stand in the same line. I have never seen anything like this with any airline in my life. After standing for two hours, we finally checked in our bags. Before traveling, I bought a new luggage set with so much excitement—not because of the money, but because I loved it. I even wrapped it nicely from the hotel. My hand luggage I left as it was because I thought it would stay with me. After check-in, we had to run across the huge airport, and while running, they suddenly announced: “Only 2 minutes left, boarding gate closing!” We were with elderly people, even a heart patient… yet no buggy service, no help—nothing. We had to run on our own. Right at the boarding gate, a Saudi Airlines staff grabbed my hand luggage and said: “Ma’am, we need to send this to cargo. Give it.” I told her five times that I don’t want to give it. But after constant pressure, I finally agreed on one condition: “If there is even a single scratch, it will be your responsibility.” She said “Yes, yes,” so I trusted her. But when I arrived in Bangladesh… My white luggage was completely black, full of dents and scratches—totally ruined! I complained immediately—nothing happened. I felt so upset. 😞 👉 Please avoid Saudi Airlines. 👉 If you don’t want to risk missing your flight, avoid it even more. Three Hajjis traveling with us couldn’t even board the flight because of all this mismanagement! Later we heard their flight would come 6 hours later. I never usually complain like this. But today I felt so hurt that I had to share it—maybe it will help someone.
