I would highly recommend sharetrip if you're looking for Umrah packages. Their staff is very efficient and replies instantly. Our hotel booking got cancelled last minute but they quickly solved the issue and upgraded our hotels. Both Makkah and Madina hotels were 5min walking distance. Transfer service was always on time and the cars were very spacious. Also the drivers were well behaved. Sales representative Fatema Akther was very helpful and met all our needs.
