Good service, but ticket or hotel booking price haigher then online price.

Booked Vietnam visas from here. The person who attended me made big blunders like not sending visas of all my family members. Also, after sending the visas, he didn't notify us about their email id that we had to tell at immigration before boarding the plane. We faced huge harassments at the airport. And thankfully due to knowing a colleague who used to work there, we could manage the contact number of the attendant 's boss. He helped us a lot at the moment. Otherwise we couldn't make it to the plane.

Thanks to ShareTrip, Dhaka for their excellent service. This was my first experience to get Visa through an agent in Bangladesh. They have offered proper service to get Tourist visa for Singapore and Malaysia, for my spouse and myself. We have received our E-visa in few days only, as per their commitment, and with quite reasonable charges. Few of my friends took their visa service and were satisfied with their service. Finally, I should say, they are quite professional in handing this sort of services and hence, I would suggest anyone to take their professional assistance to get visa or for using their tour packages as they are found trustworthy.

It's my first experience with any online travel agency, and they helped me make my trip (a honeymoon trip) very joyful and memorable. I've found very cheap prices for both flight and hotel bookings. I've researched and compared the rate with the other travel agency, but their discounted rate was satisfactory. I mistakenly booked a room at a 5-star hotel on the wrong date. I immediately contacted them and their concerned person, Mr. Samy Jony, who helped me solve the issue and reschedule the date. I will never forget the unconditional support I received from him.
