On 12th Dec 2025, I built a new PC from Skyland. The person who helped me build the PC (on the 7th floor) was very sincere, took a lot of time to understand our conversation, and advised on selecting products. I went to their service center with all my computer parts (meaning their helping boy took them). There, someone built the PC. The person sitting at the reception was also very pleasant. After building the PC and running it at home, I noticed that the DeepCool XFan 120 (installed on the front side) was not working. I contacted customer support and talked on a WhatsApp video call, and with their help, I was able to identify why the fan was not working. That is, the problem was that the fan blade was touching the casing, which was why it was not working. He said that if I loosen the installation nut of the fan a little, it would be fixed, or they requested me to take it to the service center. But I thought, since it's a very small problem, I'll fix it myself. And yes, it did. But I have one suggestion: Since the people at the service center are more knowledgeable about technical matters than most customers, I would request them to make sure that all the parts are working properly before handing over to the customer. I bought a keyboard from Skyland, later I found some problems with the keyboard due to which I took the product to them, they kept my old product and gave me a new product, although it wasted my time for 5-7 days, still I will say their service is good.
