The objective of the University is to deliver high-quality modern education, aiming to equip students with the skills and knowledge essential for leading the nation in its development efforts. Additionally, the University strives to cultivate students with high moral standards. Southeast University (SEU) is empowered by its charter to provide instruction and confer Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees. It plans to offer MPhil and PhD programs across various fields, including engineering, agriculture, language, law, and medical sciences. SEU is also authorized to grant diplomas, certificates, and other academic honors. Furthermore, it has the authority to establish new Schools of studies and institutions on its campus. The University operates under several statutory bodies as mandated by the Private University Act, 1992.
