Recently SR Travels are doing some kind of fraud with their loyal customers. Fraud in the scene of all their newly added buses are indian made, Ashok Leyland but they are using Hino Logo and listed their buses as Hino AK1J. In terms of suspension, brakes and engine noise Indian made buses are awful which is very annoying and uncomfortable for the travelers.

I traveled with SR Travel on Dhaka Kalyanpur SR Counter from Dhaka to Naogaon. I was very disappointed with their service and staff behavior. The bus was delayed by more than an hour, and they did not inform us about the reason or the expected departure time. We had to wait in the crowded and dirty counter, without any facilities or amenities. The staff was very rude and disrespectful to us. They did not answer our questions or concerns, and they even asked us to not travel with this bus service again. They acted as if they were doing us a favor by letting us board the bus. They did not care about our comfort or safety, and they did not apologize for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. It was a waste of time and money, and a very unpleasant experience. I hope they improve their service and staff behavior, or else they will lose their customers.

I found this as one of the best options if not the best to visit Bogra (North Bangladesh). Buses are of good quality and service is good. In winter they often fail to start the first trip on time due to not having enough passengers. As of January 2024, non AC seat was 550 BDT.

Nice behaviour of staff and supervisors. Everyone says this the best service for northern site Of Bangladesh.. They are doing there job cery gently.. You will get ac and non ac service. Non Ac 550 for bogura and ac 1200 per person. Wish you a happy and safe journey. May Allah bless you.

Overall good. Usually every bus leaves 10 to 30 minutes late. They should have to maintain Punctuality.
