Reasonable price (Tk.1500) , beautiful interior (Economy AC), nice ride (Mercedes Benz) and overall good service. Hope that all bus service to that.

At its best, SR Travel delivers a superior, high-comfort experience, especially on its A/C and non-A/C sleeper coach segments. Numerous positive accounts highlight journeys that are surprisingly smooth, often crediting professional and careful driving, and a general focus on minimizing passenger discomfort on long-haul routes. For overnight travel, the private sleeper berth options are frequently lauded as a genuine value proposition, allowing passengers to arrive at their destination significantly less fatigued than they might with standard seating. The buses are getting older so need to replace them. Try to buy hino or japanese buses as Indian Ashok Leyland makes a noise inside the bus.

S.R Travels (Pvt) Ltd. is one of the most reliable and widely recognized long-distance bus operators in Bangladesh, particularly known for its inter-district services between Dhaka and northern regions like Rangpur, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, and Panchagarh. The Kallyanpur branch in Dhaka acts as a major hub for passengers commuting to and from these regions, and my recent experience with them was generally positive, though not without a few points for improvement. The ticket booking process at Kallyanpur was quite smooth. The counter staff were cooperative and provided clear information regarding departure times, bus types, and seat availability. They also accept digital payments, which is a major plus in today's cashless society. The waiting area, although often crowded due to high passenger volume, was relatively clean and well-organized. A bit more space or better seating arrangements would make it even more comfortable for passengers, especially during peak hours or holidays. The buses themselves were in good condition, especially the Non-AC Chair Coach and the AC Business Class variants. I opted for the AC Business Class on my journey to Rangpur. The seats were spacious, reclinable, and came with personal USB charging ports. The air conditioning was effective, and the overall ride was smooth and punctual. The drivers and onboard staff maintained professionalism throughout the journey, and the vehicle adhered to all major safety norms, including regular rest stops at clean and decent roadside restaurants. One area where S.R Travels can improve is customer communication. During delays or schedule changes, there’s a lack of timely updates for passengers. Incorporating SMS alerts or a real-time tracking app would greatly enhance the customer experience. Overall, S.R Travels (Kallyanpur branch) remains a trustworthy and safe option for inter-district travel. With minor improvements, especially in communication and passenger comfort at terminals, it can continue to be a leader in the Bangladeshi transportation sector.

S.R Travels is one of the oldest & renowned bus service provider for north's people. Their service is good bt they should more careful about their buses condition. Some Isuzu buses condition is not that good enough. Overall you can have a good experience if you travel on this bus.

The bus was absolutely in great condition.My only problem was the logo that they used infront of the bus because the bus is a indian bus chassis and they used the hino logo infront of it.Besides that every thing was awesome.The counter men and the bus staff were really Friendly and the bus arived on time.
