The red velvet cake I had was among the worst I’ve ever tried—it was noticeably hard and lacked freshness. When I raised the issue, the staff offered to microwave it to soften the texture, but unfortunately, that only made the taste worse. To make matters more disappointing, it was around 11 PM and there was no chef available, so no fresh food could be ordered. Additionally, they had run out of hazelnut syrup, so even a basic hazelnut coffee wasn’t an option. The seats were also torn out. Overall, a very underwhelming experience.

It’s another branch of coffee bean located in the Gulshan area. Lots of car parking is available in the basement. Reservation is not required. Separated smoking zone is presented but no outdoor seating argument is available. Inside seating arrangements are many but their decoration label is not up to the mark. Specifically, more cleanliness is required there. The staff behavior is good enough and waiting time for the food is average. Here, rather than only coffee or dessert, you will find many other snacks and food also. 📶 - free available 💳 - acceptable 🚭 - separated are available

I absolutely love this place for its aesthetics, spacious seating, and warm service—the atmosphere makes it a joy to spend time here. The staff are attentive and the coffee is consistently good. That said, the food menu feels limited and not something I’d come back for twice. Beyond the coffee, there isn’t much to enjoy, and I really hope they improve the variety and quality of their dishes. With such a great vibe and service, better food options would make this spot truly outstanding.

I had their salad which was tasty, but the other items ordered were sub-standard. Their menu is varied but I guess they should have signature dishes and concentrate on them. Service is poor, had to wait a long time for the food to arrive, and the waiters should have knowledge about which food items are popular and have recommendations ready for the customers. I liked the interior, decor is good, with comfortable sofas and other seating areas. They have a separate smoking zone which is nice. So, a cozy restaurant with soft lighting and gentle music creates a warm and inviting ambient atmosphere and that is why it's getting a 4 star.

Used to be a regular hangout for many years with friends. But over time their menu, their drinks and their dessert items have become a complete disappointment. Not recommended for people who value the money they spent. Only good thing going for this place now is its indoor parking and a small cramped smoking zone.
