Good. Staffs are polite and helpful. Interior is nice. A/C and non A/C room available. Prices are little high, but in terms of neat and clean it's affordable. I would recommend always.

There service is very poor. If u visit this Hotel with ur family, in that u have to carry ur marriage documents. Hotel rooms are small but clean. Ac & tv are poor quality.

I chose Shahin Residence Hotel primarily for its convenient location, as I needed to be in Gulshan 1. The hotel's proximity to my destination was a big plus, and it was notably more affordable than other standard hotels in Gulshan. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different preferences, and the quality was quite good. Cleanliness was another aspect that impressed me; the room was well-maintained, and I appreciated the provision of tea bags, coffee packets, and necessary ingredients along with an electric kettle for preparation. However, there were a couple of aspects that left room for improvement. I found the rent for a non-AC single room to be on the higher side, especially considering the available amenities. At 1975 BDT, it felt somewhat expensive. Additionally, the absence of a boiled water option in the washroom was a disappointment, especially in this price range. I believe that adjusting the pricing to around 1200-1400 BDT for a single non-AC room would better align with the overall service offered. In summary, Shahin Residence Hotel is a decent choice for its location, breakfast, and cleanliness. However, a reevaluation of room pricing and the inclusion of boiled water in the washroom would enhance the overall experience for guests.
