Apparently good. But, they charge extra rent during exam season. Ventilation for non AC room is not satisfactory. Overall security is good. Complementary Buffe breakfast was good.

Service is good. Had complementary breakfast. According to quality, price is much high. During exam they charge too much. Twin bed room for 5k. Need to improve checkin checkout time.

Poor service, poor management, and terrible policies. The staff are unprofessional please avoid this place, or you may regret it later. It feels unsafe, and there have been incidents of belongings being stolen when customers step outside. I also had a very unpleasant experience with the Sylheti manager.
