Location is not far from Dhaka but this area is always being stuck by heavy traffic. not a big place. not enough recreation spot inside the resort. some areas are decorated by different kinds of flowers which is good things to me. room quality is good enough large with larger bathroom. but it wasn't much attractive!

Great greenery resort. A bit old now and needs proper maintenance. Nowadays mostly used for shooting purposes. Room service is not that good. Parking available.

The third Terrace is a beautiful resort, situated at Gazipur on 3 acres of land where you can make a family trip as well as business travel. There you can have settings of a tranquil village in the midst of Shalbon and beside this resort Bhawal National Park is situated. There are two notably cottage named ‘Wildwoods’ and ‘Windsong’ beside of beautiful garden and lake. So, it can be a resort for your perfect family vacation. Costing: Per day 3500-4000 Taka. Single room 63,250 Taka.

I would have given it 5 start but couldn't due their lack of staff. Rooms don't get cleaned timely and finding someone for help is difficult. Else the resort is clean small and quiet. Rooms are big and nice. They must improve the service as per guests requirements.
