Very much disappointed & unsatisfactory customer service by Triangle. For more than 36 hours my home line is disconnected but after several times communication with their team I received zero response. Everytime only response I got: “ We are looking into your complaint “ but no response from service team. Very very unprofessional behaviour from a company like Triangle. I’m switching my internet service provider as soon as possible.

I was satisfied until their customer care came across. Their negligence on customer service and sending technician to fix the issue is what made me think about switching. one of the worst ISPs I have ever seen.

I have had no internet for 2 days. After calling multiple times they decided to register the complaint and told me their team won't work until the next day. And now they are sending me a reminder text to pay the monthly fees for the next month. Customer service is like a bot with no solution. They need to improve their service big time.

Best internet service provider in Bangladesh which provides fully dedicated, super fast, cost-effective, secured internet connection. And their help center is also good. When we face slow speed, no internet issue. They try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Fully satisfactory.

I've never experienced such a bad customer service in my entire life. It's the worst. I requested for relocation on February 28th. On 7th March they informed me that I need to pay another 2200 taka for the service cost. The excuse they gave me is it's for the cable. They don't care about customer's urgency anytime. If your connection get lost or cable is cut, it always takes 3-4 days minimum to fix the issue. Sometime you'll feel like you're captive by them.
